Dr. Katie Jung grew up here in Marble Falls, getting lots of exposure to the art of Veterinary Medicine as she spent time visiting the clinic & occasionally assisting her dad with emergencies. It didn't take long for her to realize she had inherited her parents' passion of caring for animals. She graduated from Texas A&M University Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences & Minor in Animal Science in 2013. She graduated from the Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine with Magna Cum Laude honors in 2017. Her greatest Veterinay interest is internal medicine, but she enjoys the great variety that comes with this profession and loves that she is able to serve others in the commuity by caring for their animals. Outside veterinary medicine, Dr. Jung most enjoys spending time with her family. She also enjoys doing anything that involves the great outdoors (most notably hunting and fishing), reading, and finding ways to grow her catholic faith. Dr. Jung owns a dog, Frances, and a cat Taz, both of whom were patients she adopted in her first year as a Veterinarian. They also love to join her for daytime (or evening) walks.
